Procedure for piercing both nipples at once
Upon arrival at the studio, you will fill out the "Consent to the procedure", which, among other things, will contain contraindications before piercing both nipples at the same time and their subsequent care. The absence of contraindications and compliance with the care procedure recommended by us is one of the important conditions for successful healing of the piercing.
Next follows a conversation with the piercer. You will discuss the appropriate location and jewelry for piercing both nipples at once, which we will put right away and possibly which jewelry you will wear afterwards.
Piercer prepares a workplace. The chosen jewelry for piercing both nipples together with the needles will be sterilized for approx. 10 min. During that time, you will have the opportunity to ask anything and specify the necessary information.
After sterilization, the piercer will indicate the final piercing points for piercing both nipples, disinfect the skin and in a few seconds you will have new piercings on both nipples.
After the piercing, the piercer will treat both piercings, take a picture of them, if you agree, apply a plaster and once again explain the care of the piercings of both nipples.

The process of complete healing of a nipple piercing usually takes from 5 to 9 months, sometimes longer. Complete healing means that the piercing canal is completely covered with new skin.

Nipple piercing takes quite a long time to heal, about 6-9 months. The nipples almost always swell quickly after the piercing and return to their usual size in about 1-2 months. At this point, it is necessary to exchange for a shorter piece of jewelry, otherwise there is a risk of frequent entrapment in the piece of jewelry and subsequent traumatization. Sometimes it needs to be replaced several times during healing, so if you feel that the jewelry is becoming too long and is in the way, you can ask for it to be shortened. When exchanging jewelry for a shorter one, the price of the jewelry is paid according to the current price list, the service is free if it is an initial healing process.
After the nipple piercing procedure, it is important to follow the following restrictions and recommendations:
During the first two months, clean the nipples twice a day with a sterile saline solution or a special piercing care spray. If the nipples start to dry because of this or there is some other similar reaction, it is enough to wash with clean water (filtered or boiled) by first immersing the nipple in water (you can use a clean glass) or wetting it with the help of a spray, then wait a bit until soften all the husks and then carefully remove them. We do not use any irritants such as alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, antibacterial soap, Betadine, Dettol, etc.
For the first few days, we recommend inserting clean gauze pads into the bra, which will protect both the underwear and the nipples from soiling. If you don't wear a bra, you can cover the nipples with a sterile patch and only until they bleed, which may not be the case at all. We change both the gauze and the patch at least 2 times a day after the puncture treatment.
For two months, avoid visiting the sauna, solarium, swimming pool, sea and other public swimming pools.
Do not sleep on your stomach during the entire healing period.
Do not play with the nipples, even during sex, for at least the first 2 months
For the first 7 days after the procedure, avoid exercises that involve work with the pectoral muscles and arms.
Wear a bra that does not press on the nipples and generally avoid any movement, pressure, etc. that would traumatize the piercing channel.
Keep in mind that the initial healing time for a nipple piercing is about 2 months. However, complete healing can take up to 12 months. This time may vary depending on individual factors, including your personal hygiene and piercing care.
Piercing care
Sterile saline solution: Sterile saline solution is needed for piercing care, which you can buy from us or at a pharmacy in the form of sterile seawater for daily nasal hygiene for infants. Do not use alcohol, hydrogen peroxide or antiseptics to treat the piercing (only if necessary and for a limited time, according to the instructions).
Treatment frequency: Treat the piercing 2-3 times a day with clean hands using a cotton swab, cotton pad or gauze.
Scab removal: Harder scabs from lymph and blood plasma form around a fresh piercing. Do not scratch them, but first moisten them and when they soften, gently remove them.
Stability of the jewelry: Do not move the jewelry during treatment, as this interferes with healing. In no case do not remove the jewelry for cleaning. Do not touch the jewelry with your hands unless they have been washed or disinfected. Avoid touching the piercing with your hands, hair, underwear or clothing.
Protection from damage: If you are not sure that the piercing is sufficiently protected from mechanical damage, cover it with a patch. With an unhealed piercing, it is forbidden to visit the swimming pool, sauna and other public swimming pools, including natural ones.
Physical activity: During healing, it is recommended to avoid strenuous exercise that may cause you to sweat a lot or injure your fresh piercing. Sweat, along with secretions and dirt that stick to it, can lead to infections and inflammation of the piercing. You can safely practice with a piercing, but be careful. After exercising, rinse the piercing with clean water and treat with a saline solution.
Piercing problems: If you have a problem with your piercing – burning, pain or pus – contact the studio immediately. Call for urgent cases, write for less urgent cases and attach a photo taken in good light to show the problem. Be very careful when taking a photo with a piercing.
Immunity: A piercing is a mechanical damage to the skin, so good immunity plays a big role in the healing process. Take care of your immunity: enough sleep, rest, good food and walks in the fresh air. Consumption of alcohol, drugs and smoking impair immunity and subsequently the healing process.
Shortening the jewelry: Some types of piercings require shortening the jewelry after about 6-12 weeks. Sometimes there are several abbreviations. In our studio, you do not pay for the shortening service if you have a piercing from us. Payment is made for jewelry only.
Restrictions after piercing both nipples at once
If you have both nipples pierced, it is very important to avoid putting pressure on the piercing while sleeping: do not sleep on your stomach or side, be prepared to sleep on your back for at least the next 2 months. ;
Avoid visiting the sauna, solarium, swimming pool, sea and other public swimming pools for at least 2 months.
Be careful and avoid any movement or pressure that would traumatize your fresh nipple piercings.
Carefully put on and take off your clothes.
Do not touch the piercing with your hands.
Remember that dirt and mechanical trauma are the biggest evils for fresh nipple piercings.
Be careful with your hair so that it doesn't get tangled around the jewelry.
Do not remove, rotate or move jewelry; nipple piercing needs rest.
When both nipples are pierced, it is recommended to be careful when washing your hair so that the hair does not come into contact with the piercings to avoid tangling.
It is also not recommended to play with the nipples, lick them or expose them to other bodily fluids.
In the car, it is important to pay attention to the seat belt so that there is no pressure on the nipple piercings.
As for the bra, it should be comfortable and not overly padded or decorated with lace to avoid unwanted friction or pulling on the nipple piercings.
Caution is necessary when playing sports, especially when exercising that involves straining the pectoral muscles. This kind of activity could push or pull on the nipple piercings.
It is recommended to wear a well-fitting sports bra that will provide sufficient support and minimize the possibility of unpleasant friction or impact on the piercings.
Problems with piercing of both nipples
